I was so excited when I was contacted by Asbury Apothecary. This luxury skin care line includes products for both men and women and takes an inside out approach to skin care. This brand has developed products that protects and nourishes your skin on the outside and products that provide nutrients for your skin on the inside. They offer a range of herbal teas and skin care supplements to creams, scents and even shaving products for men.
I was given the opportunity to try out their Vitamin Skincare Set which includes the Vitamin C Antioxidant Facial Cleanser, Serum, Moisturizer and Eye Cream. It helps fight premature aging with collagen boosting Hyaluronic Acid and is great for sensitive skin. I used this four step set before bed and before I start my day and used it as my makeup base. I love how it is as a makeup base because I know I'm not applying the makeup directly as there is this protective film of moisturizer on my face and I also noticed how it diminished the oil on my T-zone. I have combination skin and can get really oily on my nose. My makeup lasted longer too whenever I used this product!
After more than a month of using this set, I can say I just love the results! My skin is less oily and just has a brighter appearance. I would love to try more of their products especially their herbal teas! I think the earlier one starts with skin care, the better!
