Irresistible Me Hair Extensions

I have always been adventurous with my hair. I have gone pink, purple, blue and even platinum blonde. My hairdresser, Angelo, does an amazing job with my hair. Unfortunately, due to travelling, I have been unable to have Angelo take care of my hair and so I have resorted to a lot of DIY coloring and styling which I realized was the worst thing to do when it was too late. My hair became too damaged that I had to cut. I have always loved long hair and I always try to keep it that way. After cutting, my hair was a short shoulder length, not the waist length that I love.

I missed it being long so I resorted to hair extensions. I have tried all sorts of synthetic hair extensions in the past, until I was given a chance to try Irresistible Me's REAL Remy Human Hair line.

It's my first time to try REAL human hair extensions. I have to say, Irresistible me has very natural looking and great quality extensions. The clips are great quality too so they stay on the whole day even if I'm running around a lot. They are so easy to put on as well. I don't think I will ever go back to using synthetic extensions because there really is a huge difference! While synthetic ones, feel very fake, Irresistible me extensions, feel like they are my actual hair! They are so light and I actually forget that I have them on. Another thing that I love is I can actually straighten, curl, color... style them whichever way I want! That is something I cannot do with synthetic ones. I highly recommend them if you are looking for hair extensions! 

The one I'm wearing is Royal Remy in Light Brown #6. It comes in multiple pieces with different width and volume and clips attached. Just adding a few extensions on the sides and back adds subtle volume and length instantly without looking fake.

Boulder City

There are so many different places to explore in Nevada. While the Las Vegas Strip is the more popular tourist destination, there are also a lot of great places to explore in this State. Boulder City is kind of like the opposite of the Las Vegas Strip. It's a quiet town with pretty little shops, artwork on the streets and beautiful scenery. I love coming here because it's a nice quiet getaway from the city and there are a lot of spots for outfit shots! =)

Don't Look Back

Life always has a funny way of teaching us lessons... the hard way. Difficult people make their way into our lives and give us challenges that we never thought we would face. But come to think of it, it really is how you deal with these types of people and challenges that really matter. They are put in your life for a reason and you can either let them make your or break you. One of the biggest lessons I have learned is to forgive. Dealing with pain may be one of the hardest things to overcome, but prayer and love will get you there. Holding on to anger and bitterness only consumes you. And so I have realized... BEAUTIFUL things happen when you distance yourself from the negative. Just be happy and don't look back! =)

Life has been great and been reflecting on the challenges and blessings coming my way... I am thankful for both and just wanted to share! =)

On a lighter note, I love backless dresses and this one from Rack Eight is so cute and classy! My hairdresser, Angelo, wanted to try something new with my hair so he gave me some bangs! Nope, no haircuts... just some great styling by flipping my hair over to the front, makes it look like I have bangs. I like this look... it's a refreshing change. =)

The belt is something I created myself with some elastic and spiked beads. Maybe I will show you guys how to make it in a video tutorial next time.

Hippie Chic

I hear everyone complaining about the hundred degree weather in Vegas. I admit, it feels like were all stuck in a giant oven, but I'm honestly not complaining! I would rather enjoy this heat, wearing Summer-y outfits and getting all the exercise I can get! I've been running 5 miles, 3 times a week and it feels great!

Light fabrics and shorts are my thing so it makes me enjoy the weather even more. It's fun to play around and mix and match what's in my closet. This pair of heart shaped sunglasses look super cute and perfect for this hippie inspired look!

Little Black Dress

They say every woman must have a Little Black Dress (LBD) in her closet. I love the LBD so much that I have more than 10 different styles! Yes, I'm crazy like that. Lol.

Today was an extremely busy day full of activities from day to night. I had absolutely no time to change so I chose to wear my stretchy LBD in a classic style plus comfy wedges for my whole day. I love how this style is great for my day activities and even for my night meetings and dinner. It was so hectic for me that I didn't even want to bring another pair of shoes to change into.
