FASHION: Sweet Nothings

While I absolutely love being blonde, sometimes I admit I miss being a brunette. Yes, I'm moody like that. With the number of hair color changes I have done, how I wish it were possible to switch drastically from one color to another without severely damaging my locks. And because I want to be brunette for a day sometimes, without sacrificing my blonde locks, I searched for a product that could do just that! Just a few minutes of internet searching, this is the product I found:

Review:
I purchased this from Ebay for only $3.00! It took me a few tries to be able to get the "technique" of covering my hair evenly with this product. It is really made for creating highlights and covering roots but with practice, I certainly could achieve the brunette look again! It felt a bit sticky on my hair at first but I learned that it has to set and dry so avoid touching it for the first few minutes or else it can get really messy and go on your hands and clothes and all over! Haha! However, when you put it on correctly and it dries, the result is amazing and looks real! I love how easily it washes out and I'm back to my blonde locks at the end of the day.

What I love:
Instant change of look
Looks natural
So many choices of color
Washes off easily

What I don't love:
Sticky at first
Not meant for swimming - it will wash off
Not meant for hot days - If you sweat, it will be messy
Not meant for sleeping - It will go all over your pillow

Being brunette again after several months, deserves some outfit shots! So here I am in my pink ensemble feeling all sweet and innocent! =)

  1. A quality brazilian hair bundles will have a very fine weft and will look more natural. Synthetic wigs cannot be styled -no coloring, perming, curling, or straightening allowed. Another disadvantage is that real brazilian hair bundles can be singed more easily, so take precaution when opening up a heated oven or dishwasher. If you're in need of a wig for a costume or you only wear them on rare occasions, going with cheap brazilian hair bundles is definitely the right option. I would never dream of spending more than $15 on a wig for a Halloween costume because chances are, I'm not going to use it again. However, if you believe hair is a fashion statement like Ms. Gaga or you have lost your hair, a real brazilian hair bundles is the proper choice. Not only will they look very natural in sunlight, you can style and dye the hair as well, giving you a much more flexible look. Depending on the quality and length, these virgin brazilian hair weave can cost hundreds of dollars but it can be well worth the investment if you plan on wearing them on a regular basis.
